Welcome to
The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center (OSUCCC). Our mission is
to save lives through innovative research designed to improve detection,
treatment and prevention of cancer in its many forms. The OSUCCC is home to the
Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute - a 160+ bed
hospital dedicated solely to cancer care.
The OSUCCC
is a network of seven interdisciplinary programs comprising more than 250
members from 12 of the 18 colleges at OSU as well as affiliated institutions
including the Columbus Children's Hospital and the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Further, we are 1 of only 39 institutions in the
United States designated by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) as a
"comprehensive" cancer center. Our commitment to innovative research has enabled
the OSUCCC to make a strong impact on the world of cancer
care.
